Refund policy

In-store purchases may be returned to the store front for store credit within 14 days of purchase date.

Online items may be returned for store credit within 21 days of the purchase date. collab is not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, makeup, beauty/self care products are not eligible for return. Other items not eligible for return will be clearly stated in the product description.
